Håvard Tjora er mest kjent som superlæreren, men han er også en seiler med mange mil under redningsvesten. Da han flyttet til Svalbard med familien kjøpte han også en seilbåt og lærte seg å seile på veien opp og ikke minst på Svalbard. Deretter ble det tur over atlanteren.
